Starting from the principle for the scientific cooperation and the exchange of the scientific and theoretical skills between the Iraqi institutions and for presenting the scientific studies and research aiming at developing the scientific knowledge, this conference is held as an important means, which is one of the interaction and communication means between the researchers of various scientific specializations from inside and outside Iraq.
