1-The participation should be clear and fully explained.
2-The participant can use any means to present their work, such as posters, printed items, electronic presentations, etc. The presentations should contain information about the invention in both English and Arabic.
3-The requests of participation in the conference are only accepted if the inventors have official patents or under-process patents.
4-The inventions will be evaluated by a scientific committee, where prizes and medals will be awarded to the winners. Attending certificates will be given to all participants.
5-The patents have to be within the conference scope; the last date to apply is 1/11/2020.
6-The patent could be sent with a brief explanation (300 words max) as shown in the registration form .
7-The accepted patents will be announced on the conference website during the days of the conference. (4-5 Dec. 2020).
