Vice-President for administrative affairs and the president of executive committee Dr. Raed Noufi along with Vice-President for academic affairs and the president of technical committee Dr. Loay Kadhim held a meeting with members of both committees to discuss the preparations of the conference.
The meeting included an overview of what has been accomplished by the executive, technical, supporting and sub-committees, and preparations made in terms of logistics, technical, scientific and media sides to ensure the success of the conference and achieve its objectives.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Karkh Universdity of Science prepares to hold its 1st International Conference on " New Technology Applications of Geophysics and Remote Sensing in Petroleum Exploration" under the patronage of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razaq Al-Essa and Minister of Oil Mr. Ali Al-Laebi with the supervision of President of Al-Karkh University of Science Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hasan.
